Fairwood Cottage is a light and airy 1000 square foot retreat. It was completely renovated by the current owners. The layout is spacious and comfortable with an open floor plan and lots of sunlight.
Two covered porches offer perfect places to watch the sunsets, cook on the grill and enjoy the Charlottesville weather. There is also a cozy outdoor space with custom bistro lighting and a gas fire pit. You’ll enjoy privacy, porches and beautiful views.
